Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures new area of Ymir’s Pass provides many quest hubs throughout the region. One such quest hub known as the Mercenary Encampment resides near the entrance to Atzel’s Approach. Bellona, the mercenary leader within the encampment is not particularly loyal to Atzel and wishes to defect to Aquilonia. This will provide a young mercenary like yourself with the opportunity to give Atzel a bloody nose and earn some decent loot in the process.

If you’re still trying to decide whether to grind rep with the Oracles or the Frenzyheart in Sholozar Basin, here’s something that might make up your mind: The Mysterious Egg, a reputation reward at revered with the Oracles. You’ll have to keep the egg on you for 7 days, but at the end of those 7 days, it will hatch into a few things. Most of the time, the egg will be a “dud,” and you get an Aged Yolk.

Some of the other possibilities, however, are pretty dang cool.

That’s right, Atlasloot Enhanced has been updated to include the Northrend instances and raid. Personally, I’ve been waiting to be able to browse and try-on the gear from the new dungeons and raids since the expansion launched.

Atlasloot Enhanced is absolutely one of my must-have addons, and I’ve watched it grow with loving admiration since the day I realized I could see what my toons looked liked wearing Sunken Temple loot.

For those of you not using this one, it’s a wonderful way to spend your time while waiting for your groups to get situated, double check drop rates on certain items, or even link items from your wish list for typically uninterested group-mates. (Go ahead and take advantage of the captive audience.)

Although we’ve featured this one before, Atlasloot Enhanced has some great features for the curious player, and in light of all the new content, I thought we’d review some of the reasons to install and use this very useful mod.

Since day one of Wrath of the Lich King, people have been rolling Death Knights. While many seem to be getting along just great, many others are in need of guidance.

This will be a two-part article, and will focus on the things that you will need to know when working with others in a dungeon setting.

Today, I will be discussing the basic things that any meleer should know when entering a dungeon.

Many Death Knights have never had a melee character, and may not know how to avoid aggro while dealing high damage and staying out of the tank’s way.

In part two, I will discuss your AoE abilities and their place in a dungeon setting, as well as covering the buttons you should never, ever push while in an instance.

I will also run down some very basic rule of thumbs for your gear and talents, as well as including a discussion about some of the group-oriented talents that you could acquire.

Frequent submitter Ben has sent us this lovely screenshot of … of … I’m not exactly sure what this is of. It appears to be a picture of someone flying a drake down a laundry chute decorated with runes. The drake also seems to be suffering from an acute case of Lightning Wing and Green Flatulence. I’m not too far into the Wrath content though, having devoted a lot of my time lately to getting the Ambassador title, so maybe this is one of those things that everyone knows about but me.
