The open beta kicked off with an action packed ‘Beta PvP Weekend’, where the game was stress tested by 5000 lucky players from Fileplanet’s exclusive beta deal with Funcom.

But for those of us who weren’t too familiar with Fileplanet (or were too cheap to pay the subscription), we can still catch some of the action online. Videos of the PvP have already begun to surface on YouTube, with beloved classes such as the Assassin, Dark Templar, Barbarian and the Bear Shaman (among many others) running around spilling blood and causing havoc!

If you do manage to get into the coveted beta, you will be pleased to learn that you’ll be automatically entered into the Beta Leveling Contest. Players who level two class types to the maximum level 13 in the least amount of time will be declared potential winner and get a chance to win prizes like Signed Collector’s Editions and In-Game Virtual items.
