Vereesa Windrunner is the sister of Alleria and Sylvanas Windrunner. Vereesa was originally responsible for escorting Rhonin the mage to a port on the Great Sea. She became very much involved in his quest. Vereesa later married Rhonin. In the War of the Ancients trilogy she is the mother of Rhonin’s children (half elven twins).

Turalyon was a paladin who was involved in the human defense during the Second War, alongside Alleria Windrunner and Danath. Before that he was one of the paladins serving alongside Anduin Lothar, and seemingly the sole survivor of the ambush in which Lothar perished. His inability to save the great hero has haunted Turalyon since that day.
Appears in Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal
A memorial can be seen of him in front of the human city of Stormwind in World of Warcraft. His statue is the largest and most prominent of the five statues at the entrance to Stormwind.
Said to be in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, but has yet to appear in game.
The server Turalyon is named after him.

Alleria Windrunner was a hero of Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, the sister of Sylvanas Windrunner, and Vereesa Windrunner, hero of Warcraft: Day of the Dragon.
Alleria was featured in Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, where she is first escorted by the Paladin Turalyon and Danath to New Stormwind Keep. Then, she and her allies are seen defending Human towns and fortifications from the oncoming Orc threat.
Her whereabouts after Beyond the Dark Portal are unknown, and she is speculated to be either dead or to have barely made it to safety (as in the case of Khadgar and his companions). A huge statue stands in her honor at Stormwind during World of Warcraft, which seems to suggest that she died on Draenor when the world tore apart, but the statue’s plaque indicates that her fate is unknown to those of Stormwind, and that she is simply assumed to be dead (effectively “Missing In Action”.)
It is known that she survived at least for a time after the events of Beyond the Dark Portal and may still be alive somewhere in Outland. Her son with Turalyon, Arator the Redeemer, is an adult as of Burning Crusade, and a half-elf Paladin, and is currently in Outland looking for his parents. Her sister, Sylvanas, still loves her as can be seen after completing a quest as a Blood elf in The Burning Crusade in which the player has to return a lost necklace that Alleria gifted to Sylvanas causing Sylvanas to sing Lament of the Highborne.

The Valley of Heroes is just beyond the city’s main gate, and is the first area of the city most visitors encounter (The other being the Dwarven District for those that come via the Deeprun Tram.) It contains the large stone statues of the High Elf Ranger Alleria Windrunner, Dwarf Kurdran Wildhammer, Human Archmage Khadgar, Mercenary Danath Trollbane and General Turalyon, the heroes of the expedition that travelled through the Dark Portal into Draenor after the Second Great War, and never returned.
