Ironforge is the hardest capital city for Horde players to raid due to the large amount of Alliance players there, as such high concentration of players in Ironforge is often the cause of server crashes.
In the Deeprun Tram an elite monster named “Nessy” can be seen swimming outside in the Deeprun river sections of the tram.

With the new Burning Crusade expansion, Ironforge is less populated and slightly easier to raid because the neutral city Shattrath and auction houses in all 4 capital cities has created less of a demand for being in Ironforge
